Returns and guarantees

To request a return or warranty, please fill out the following form with all the necessary information. We will promptly contact you to process your request and resolve any issues.

Upon receiving your order, please check that everything is correct. If there are any missing items or reference errors, please notify us within a maximum of 72 hours from receipt of the merchandise.

If you have made a mistake in ordering an item, you can return it within a maximum period of 10 days using your own transport or by giving it to your local sales agent. Once we receive it, we will process a refund or exchange for you

If there is any defective item, it is important that you notify us immediately through this form. We will proceed to collect the defective material and replace it or credit it on your next order in the event that the reference in question is out of stock.

The items that are damaged or break due to improper use will not be covered by the warranty.
